Meetings & Events

Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before your arrival date. After that, or if you don't arrive, the first night's room and tax is charged. Some prepaid rates are non-refundable, and each rate's terms are shown in our booking engine before you confirm. Our Terms of Use have the full policy.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge. The registered guest must be at least 18 and present a valid photo ID and the card used for the reservation.

Accessible room types are the Accessible King Suite, Accessible Two Queen Suite and Accessible Deluxe Two King Suite.
