Terms Of Use

Hotel Granbury

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Welcome to Hotel Granbury. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your reservation of accommodations and services at our property. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

This site is owned and operated by Texas Hotel Partners, LLC and managed by MBE Hospitality Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “the Site” mean this website and all of its pages and features.

1. Use of This Site
You may use this Site to browse our accommodations, review rates and availability, make reservations, and contact us. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to use automated systems to extract data from it.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Reservations
Reservations made through this Site are subject to availability and to confirmation by us. A reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation with a confirmation number. Rates displayed are per room, per night, in U.S. dollars, and do not include applicable taxes or fees unless expressly stated. Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Special offers and promotional rates carry their own conditions, may be limited in availability, and may not be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate rates, availability, and property information. In the event of an obvious error — including a rate published in error — we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any reservation made on the basis of it. If we cancel a reservation for this reason, we will notify
you and refund any amount you have paid in full.

3. Payment, Deposits, and Cancellation
A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. We may authorize or charge your card at the time of booking in accordance with the rate plan you select. Certain rates are prepaid and non-refundable; where that applies, it will be disclosed clearly before you complete your booking.

Cancellation. Standard reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, local time. Cancellations made after that point, and failure to arrive on the scheduled date, will result in a charge of one night's room and tax.

Group and event bookings are governed by the terms of a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms in the event of a conflict.

Incidental charges. We may place a hold on your card at check-in for incidental charges. Any unused portion is released at check-out; timing of the release depends on your card issuer.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

The registered guest must be at least 18 years of age and must present valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in. We may decline to honor a reservation if these requirements are not met.

5. Property Policies
Occupancy. Each room has a maximum occupancy, which is stated at the time of booking and may not be exceeded.

Smoking. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in guest rooms or any interior area will result in a cleaning fee of $500.

Pets. Service animals are always welcome. Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly guest rooms, subject to availability. A fee of $45 per pet, per night, plus tax applies. Up to two dogs per room, with a maximum weight of 75 pounds each. Cats are not permitted. There are no breed restrictions. Please request a pet-friendly room at the time of booking.

Conduct. We ask that guests treat our property, our team, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service, to decline or terminate a stay, and to remove any person from the property for conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, threatening, or damaging to the property, without refund.

Damage. Guests are responsible for the cost of any loss or damage to the property caused by the guest or anyone in the guest’s party.

6. Personal Property and Liability
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, whether left in a guest room, a vehicle, or a public area, except to the extent required by applicable law. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising out of your use of this Site or your stay at the property is limited to the amount you actually paid for the reservation at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Accessibility
We are committed to making our property and this Site accessible to all guests. If you require an accessible room or a specific accommodation, please contact us directly before booking so we can confirm availability and make appropriate arrangements. If you encounter difficulty using any part of this Site, please contact us and we will work to provide the information you need in an alternate format.

8. Privacy
Information you provide through this Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in that policy or as required by law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links
This Site may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, including our online booking engine and mapping, payment, and review platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

Reservations made through online travel agencies or other third-party channels are subject to that channel’s terms and cancellation policies, not these terms.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by us or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this Site at the time you make a reservation governs that reservation. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this Site or our property shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hood County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
